Why movement operations?

Operations is one word, but many things: it’s scale, political security, and financial safeguards. We believe the purpose of operations work is to effectively and efficiently manage our systems and resources to achieve our strategic goals. At its best, it cultivates ecosystems that center people and processes as we struggle and grow. 

In the fight against rising fascism, climate catastrophes, wealth inequality, reproductive injustice, and trans- and homophobia, movement operations must be political and dynamic, ready to strengthen the vision, changing conditions, and strategies of grassroots movements.

By facilitating easeful access to our infrastructure services and thought partnership, we support network partners to actualize their visions. We carry the labor at the intersections of political alignment and securing organizations.
