Our theory of organizational resilience in the movement is built on trust, wisdom, and praxis. We aim to support trust in the leadership of organizations we work with by providing clear process and protocols to clarify and meet the needs of the moment; make accessible the wisdom of each organization’s experiences; and make space to grow and learn together to build, test, and refine operational systems that support our network, movement healing and power building.
